In this thriller, an elderly Spanish man in a Paris hospital awaits surgery for a brain tumor that his family believes has made him mad. Only the old man’s youngest son believes his ramblings about a mysterious man named “Rancel” whom he claims is in danger. Torn between two women and uninterested in the family business, this son is at odds with his siblings.
