Rich CEO Pierre Levasseur’s picture is taken with his lover Elena, a world-famous supermodel. To avoid an expensive divorce, he tries to convince his wife that Elena is not his mistress, but that of François Pignon, a valet who was passing by and ended up in the photo. To make the story believable, Levasseur has to convince Elena and François to move in together and pretend to be a couple. Complications compound with François’ roommate Richard and his girlfriend Emilie as well as the two goons hired to spy on Elena and François. Levasseur’s wife is no dummy either and plays games with Pierre’s head. This screwball comedy was directed by Francis Veber who also directed The Dinner Game/Le diner de cons. IMDB
